You guys are fabulous!!

Mark Utz and Mike Fick came to our house Friday and fixed our 5 year old AC handler. It was tough work...One that XXXXX (company in Ellicott City refused to do...saying they would only put in a new one and didn't want to be bothered with a repair!)

Mike, Cody, and to all the guys who worked so hard in my home for a few weeks to make this house a home! My husband and I am VERY impressed with the whole overall experience from the time I made my phone call for an estimate to almost a year later when I needed service done. When someone comes out to your home at 9:30pm at night just so you can sleep comfortably at night in this 98 degree heat shows dedication to the company and the customers! While the unit was being installed, ALL the employees were very friendly, answered all my questions and concerns, made suggestions to improve efficiency, and the best of all the project was done the right way the first time. I could go on and on about how great the guys are but they need the space for the other happy customers. Thank you JEM HEATING & A/C for the job well done!

Just to re-state what I said on the phone, your guys did a great job! They always conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner toward me, my wife, and even our cat. They were sure to always wear their shoe covers in the house (unlike many other contractors), and kept us informed about what they completed that day and what was up for the next day. They were also very thorough in coverin~ what we needed to do to operate/maintain the systems.
